Welcome to GymVerify. By downloading, installing, or using the GymVerify mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

GymVerify is a gym membership management platform that allows gym owners ("Trainers") to manage their gyms, members, and check-ins, and allows gym members ("Customers") to join gyms, view passes, and check in using QR codes.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

GymVerify offers auto-renewable subscription plans for Trainers:

• Basic Plan: $29.99/month - Up to 100 members
• Premium Plan: $59.99/month - Up to 300 members

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Gym Owner Responsibilities

Trainers who manage gyms through the App are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of gym information they provide
• Managing their members and membership passes
• Compliance with applicable local laws and regulations regarding their gym operations

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GymVerify and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
